Meet the Team
Rooted in Community, Growing Together
At AgrotheraPA, our team is dedicated to cultivating wellness, connection, and equity for elders through community-driven initiatives.
With diverse backgrounds in engagement, wellness, and agriculture, we collaborate to create meaningful experiences that empower seniors to thrive.

Ti’Aza A. Hill , Founder and CEO
Ti’Aza A. Hill is the Founder of AgrotheraPA, an initiative focused on empowering seniors in Northwest Philadelphia through nature-based activities. AgrotheraPA was born from a deep respect for the wisdom of elders. In Ti’Aza’s words: “My life has been shaped by the guidance of those who came before me; elders who carried stories, traditions, and know-how that held our communities together. Their presence in my life wasn’t just about them being there; it was about survival, love, and the lessons that cannot be learned in books.”
After witnessing the disconnect between inner-city residents and access to natural wellness solutions while working in social services, AgrotheraPA was founded to provide inclusive, community-centered alternatives.
AgrotheraPA uplifts elders. We offer support, access, and holistic pathways to individuals investing in their personal wellness.
A graduate of Rodale Institute’s Farmer Training (RIFT) program, Ti’Aza gained immersive experience in regenerative organic farming, living and working on a 300-acre farm in Kutztown, PA. In December 2023, Ti’Aza was appointed to the Philadelphia Food Policy Advocacy Council
(FPAC) for a three-year term, advocating for equitable access to food, land, and labor. AgrotheraPA aims to create sustainable wellness opportunities that reconnect communities with the healing power of nature.
