Garden of Thanks

Celebrating the People, Partnerships & Investments Growing AgrotheraPA

AgrotheraPA’s journey has been shaped by more than soil and seed—it has grown through the generosity, belief, and partnership of those who support our mission to uplift elders through nature-based healing.

In this Garden of Thanks, we honor the individuals, organizations, and key milestones that have helped cultivate our vision. Each contribution has allowed us to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

We are grateful for every gift of time, funding, wisdom, and trust. This space is a reflection of that gratitude—and a reminder that it takes a community to grow lasting change. At AgrotheraPA, our team is dedicated to cultivating wellness, connection, and equity for elders through community-driven initiatives.

With diverse backgrounds in engagement, wellness, and agriculture, we collaborate to create meaningful experiences that empower seniors to thrive.

The Sarah Ralston Foundation
AgrotheraPA – 2025 General Operating Support Grantee

We’re proud to share that AgrotheraPA has been selected as a 2025 General Operating Support grantee by The Sarah Ralston Foundation. This award is a major milestone for our growing organization, helping us continue to center elder wellness and expand our nature-based programs across Northwest Philadelphia.

This support arrives at a critical time as we deepen our commitment to providing inclusive, land-based experiences that restore intergenerational connection and promote healing in community.

Funding will help us:
Increase our wellness programming for seniors
Support infrastructure for ongoing community partnerships
Sustain grassroots efforts that reduce isolation and improve access to nature

Being named among The Sarah Ralston Foundation’s newest grantees reaffirms that our work is not only timely—but deeply necessary. We’re grateful for this investment in our mission and momentum.
